Terms of Service
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Galco FZ-LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates, which operates Insyt. By using Insyt, you accept them.
2. What Insyt does
Insyt connects to your Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager accounts, reviews them, reports what it finds, and — where you approve it — makes changes on your behalf. We aim to improve the results you get from your advertising, but we cannot promise a particular outcome. Advertising results depend on your market, your budget, your website and your offer, and much of that is outside our control.
3. Your account and your Google access
You need to own the Google accounts you connect, or have permission from their owner to connect them. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You can withdraw our access at any time, and doing so ends our ability to provide the service.
4. Changes are always approved by you
We do not make changes to your accounts on our own initiative. Every change we propose is shown to you with the reason behind it, and is only applied after you approve it. If you approve a change, you accept responsibility for it having been made.
5. Your advertising spend is yours
Insyt never handles your advertising money. You pay Google directly for your advertising, using your own payment method on your own account. Our fee is separate and covers only the Insyt service. We are not responsible for your advertising spend, and we do not receive any share of it.
6. Fees and billing
Insyt is billed monthly in advance. There is no minimum term and no setup fee. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part-months. If we change our prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before it affects you.
7. Your content and data
You keep ownership of your data. We only use it as set out in our Privacy Policy. We may use anonymised, aggregated performance data to produce industry benchmarks, as described in that policy.
8. What you must not do
Do not use Insyt to break the law, to breach Google's own advertising or API policies, or to access accounts you have no right to access. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
9. Availability
We work to keep Insyt running, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and we will give notice where we can.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost advertising spend, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
11. Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time. We can end your account if you break these terms, do not pay, or use the service in a way that puts us or Google at risk — and we will tell you why. When the agreement ends, our access to your Google accounts is withdrawn and your data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Insyt after that means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute.
