Privacy Policy
Who we are
Insyt is a service operated by Galco FZ-LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Galco FZ-LLC, and "you" means the customer using Insyt.
You can reach us at hello@tryinsyt.com for any question about this policy, your data, or a deletion request.
What Google data we access
Insyt only works if you connect your Google accounts to it. You do that yourself, through Google's own permission screen, and you can see exactly what you are granting before you agree. Here is what we ask for and why.
Google Ads
We read your campaign settings, keywords, search terms, spend and conversion data. We use this to find wasted spend and reporting that is not working. Where you have approved a change, we write back to your account — for example adding negative keywords or adjusting a budget.
Google Analytics
We read your account configuration and the events it records. We use this to check that enquiries, sales and other important actions are being recorded correctly. Where you have approved a change, we correct the configuration.
Google Tag Manager
We read how your tracking is configured, to find anything broken, duplicated or missing. Where you have approved a change, we prepare and publish the correction.
We do not access your Gmail, your Google Drive, your contacts, or any other Google service. We request only the minimum access needed to deliver the service.
How we use it
We use the data described above for one purpose only: to produce audits, reports and approved changes for you, the customer whose account it came from. We do not use it for anything else.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use it for credit or lending decisions, and we do not use it to target advertising.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Insyt's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can read that policy at https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.
How we store it
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to the small number of our staff who need it to operate and support the service, and that access is logged. We keep your data only while your account is active. When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our live systems within 30 days and from our backups within 90 days.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run Insyt:
- Our hosting and infrastructure provider, which stores and processes the data on our behalf under contract.
- Anthropic. Our reports and written analysis are generated using Anthropic's API, so the relevant account data is sent to Anthropic to produce that analysis. Anthropic processes it on our behalf under contract and does not use it to train its models.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect the security of our service. If our business is ever sold or merged, your data may transfer as part of that, and we will tell you before it happens.
Anonymised benchmark data
We may combine performance data across our customers to produce industry benchmarks — for example, the typical cost of an enquiry in a given industry. This data is aggregated and anonymised: it contains nothing that identifies you, your business, your customers, or your account. Your identifiable data is never included in anything we publish or share.
Withdrawing access and deleting your data
You are in control of your data and can remove our access at any time.
- Disconnect from inside Insyt by removing the connected Google account in your account settings.
- Or revoke access directly with Google: go to your Google Account security settings, find Insyt in the list of connected apps, and remove access. This takes effect immediately.
To have your data deleted, email hello@tryinsyt.com. We will confirm within 7 days and delete your data from our live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days, except where we are legally required to keep records such as invoices for tax purposes.
Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies needed to make it work and to understand how many people visit. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell any information collected on the website.
Children
Insyt is a business service. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that affects how we handle your data, we will email you before the change takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page shows when this version was published.
